Why trade off a full and smooth mouthfeel while brewing a dark SRM beer when that’s not what you want? This black wheat style malt provides a huge color addition with much less of the acrid flavor other dark roasted malts can add to your final beer. This malt provides a roasty smooth goodness. Most of our wheat comes from a 6th generation family-owned farm about 22 miles from us in Wake County.
